About the Role
Apex Monitoring Ltd operates a 24/7 control room providing CCTV monitoring services to local authorities and commercial clients across the West Midlands. We are looking for a reliable CCTV Operator to join our team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds across multiple client sites
- Identify and report incidents in real time to police and site personnel
- Maintain accurate incident logs and produce reports
- Operate digital recording equipment and archive footage as required
- Liaise with emergency services when necessary
Shift Pattern
4 on / 4 off rotating shifts (days and nights). Full-time 42 hours per week average.
