About the Role
Shield Security Services is recruiting experienced Door Supervisors to work across our client venues in Nottingham city centre, including bars, nightclubs, and live music venues.
What You'll Do
- Control entry and ensure venue capacity limits are respected
- Deal with conflict professionally and calmly
- Work closely with venue management and local police liaison
- Complete incident reports and maintain security logs
- Conduct thorough searches in line with venue policy
