About the Role
Medguard Healthcare Security provides specialist security services to NHS trusts and private hospitals. We are recruiting Security Officers for a large NHS hospital site in Greater Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors
- Manage conflict situations using de-escalation techniques
- Respond to security and personal safety incidents
- Conduct patrols of wards, car parks, and perimeter
- Support mental health patients under the trust's lone working policy
Healthcare Security
This is a specialist role requiring empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills. Full NHS Conflict Resolution Training provided. Enhanced DBS check required — cost covered by Medguard.
