We are recruiting Retail Security Officers to work within a major retail environment at the Trafford Centre, Greater Manchester. This is a customer-facing role requiring a professional and approachable manner at all times.
Key Duties
- Deter and detect theft and anti-social behaviour
- Conduct bag searches and use detection equipment
- Manage customer disputes calmly and professionally
- Work with store management on security incidents
- Submit written incident reports
